Art and Emotions: Using Mark-Making to Explore Your Inner World.

You don’t need to be “good at art” to express something meaningful. In this experiential and playful workshop, you’ll explore your emotions through colour, shape, and spontaneous mark-making. Drawing on the principles of Dynamic Emotional Integration®, we’ll use accessible creative practices to support healing, insight, and embodied self-awareness.

This space welcomes everyone. Come as you are — curious, quiet, bold, unsure — and discover what your inner world might want to express.

Materials for the Webinar: Please bring plenty of plain paper (computer paper is fine!) or a sketchbook and any colored pencils, pens, crayons, chalks. pastels, or paints you would like to use. If you wish to invest in good quality art materials, a small box of Caran D’Ache NeoColor II Water Soluble Wax Pastels last a long time and are fun and easy to use.
