Syllabus for Imagery International Conference: Grounding in Imagery: Pathways to Empower and Thrive

October 16-18, 2026 Virtual Conference

Description:
We are living in a dramatically changing and challenging world now. Imagery International’s 2026 Conference Theme, “Grounding in Imagery: Pathways to Empower and Thrive”, challenges us to tap into the power of the Imagination to access innovative and time-tested methods to not only cope but find our power and sovereignty.

Our conference welcomes an exceptional selection of knowledgeable presenters who offer a variety of perspectives both on the personal and collective levels that help us relate to the state of the world and its effects on all living beings; human, animals and the natural environment. We will learn how to shift from a high level of stress, distress, discord and dysregulation, individually and globally, to a more grounded lived state of being. All the workshops weave together different ways to be grounded through the mind, brain, body and spirit. All of us attending this conference will take away tangible tools and practices to THRIVE in these unpredictable times!

“Imagination is more important than knowledge, for knowledge is limited, whereas imagination embraces the world. Imagination is everything. It’s the preview of life’s coming attractions.”
~Albert Einstein

Educational Goals:

Our overall goals of this year’s conference are to:

  1. Integrate somatic awareness into imagery practices, establishing grounded modalities that enhances both practitioner self-regulation and client therapeutic outcomes.
  2. Draw from diverse sources involving the use of the imagination to experience what it means to really be grounded. We will learn from Neuroscience, Resonant Healing, Hendrick’s Conscious Leadership model, Higher Self Imagery and more.
  3. Gather at our virtual conference to create community, camaraderie and commitment and to honor many ways to propel us forward empowering us on a continual path to thrive.
