Affirmations to Afformations:
An Evolution

We’ve all used affirmations to varying degrees of success but could there be a way to make them even more effective? Enter Afformations introduced by Noah St. John, a new twist on the affirmation.

Afformations are posed as questions, rather than statements. In this way, the subconscious strives to answer the forgone conclusion (and thus back it up) rather than argue or dispute it. In posing it as a question, the subconscious already accepts it as true!
