Emmy Vadnais, OTR/L, BCTMB, ARCB is a Licensed Occupational Therapist who has been studying and practicing OT and Complementary and Integrative Health, Wellness and Prevention for 20 years. She is Board Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, is an American Board Certified Reflexologist, and provides guided imagery, intuitive development, meditation, energy healing, and relaxation techniques. She is in private practice in St. Paul, MN providing ​care for children and adults, and teaches continuing education, writes, and consults with healthcare practitioners and organizations. ​Emmy is the leader of the Holistic OT Community. Learn more at EmmyVadnais.com and HolisticOT.org

Maurine Killough, BS, CH is a certified Guided Imagery Practitioner and Clinical Hypnotist working with clients and community in the San Francisco Bay Area. She weaves imagery techniques with hypnosis and other approaches to help clients overcome challenges such as stress, trauma, performance anxiety, and self esteem issues.
