July 27 (Bloomberg) — Jonah Lehrer, author of “Imagine, How We Decide,” discusses environments that encourage creativity. He speaks with Matt Miller on Bloomberg Television’s “Bloomberg Rewind.”

Jonah says that epiphanies – solutions to very hard problems – are not likely to happen in the office. They happen in the shower, or playing. Creativity is the “residue of wasted time.” He says it is not enough to create a veneer.  Business environment needs to create time to waste time.

An Infant’s Eyes –  More from Rachel Remen, MD

NICBAM has a wonderful series about the role of spirituality and healing.  Ruth Buczynski’s blog highlights snippets from the guest speakers.  I find them all so inspiring.  You can sign up for the free program or pay a fee to get CEs/CMEs which enables you access all the webinars in the series, audio recording and other features.  Rachel Remen’s stories engage the imagination, inspire and open the heart.
